Ground Floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Complete with full cooking facilities - Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and dining area to enjoy meals together.

Upstairs (2nd Floor) you will find the first bedroom with a Queen size bed with hotel quality sheets plus storage and a full-sized bathroom featuring a Shower, Vanity, Toilet and heated towel rail.

The 3rd floor - contains the Master bedroom with Ensuite - including a Queen size bed

In the kitchen area on the ground floor there is also a washing and dryer combination machine for guest use. Powder is provided.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

A decent spot for a couple nights

This unit is interesting, as the front door is a sliding glass door (typical of a backdoor in the USA) that faces the apartment complex walkway and parking lot of this relatively small parking complex; because of this, we left the blinds closed for privacy. The units in this complex feel relatively new but are also somewhat narrow in design, and the living room space felt a little cramped. The living room sofa seemed a little worn at the armrests, while the washing machine seemed to take a long time to run (or maybe we are just impatient as we were waiting to pack our clothes immediately after washing). Otherwise the bedrooms are actually quite nice and spacious (the size of the living room, only on the 2nd and 3rd floords), while the bathrooms were also quite nice. Street parking is abundant although potentially competitive (we saw 1 gentleman try to save a spot for someone after 6 PM).
