Called to inquire about early check in, was told I would be given a called back. I called again the next morning because I received no call back. Was again told either a call or text to the CONFIRMED number would be given. No call...When I was able to check my email, noticed there was an EMAIL confirming an early check in - - it was too late because I received that after the time for the regular check in... and in the meantime other arrangements were made to accommodate the need for the early check in.....needless to say communication is less than desirable. Email is not the same as a promised phone call (twice!)
