Nice home. Fuse blew that the kitchen appliances were hooked to but called and it was repaired in less than 30 min. We were visiting for tennis tournament and the location was perfect.

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved this property. It was truly like being at home. Plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen supplies, even spices. Only thing we thought should have been on the listing is that there is a tenant in the basement wasn't informed about this until day of check in. It was kinda weird but had no issues at all with the tenant during our stay. Beautiful back porch and nice yard but grass was high so probably not the best to play in if you have children. Definitely wasn't disappointed booking this property. Communication with owner was incredible.

Underwhelming & Unsettling

Our group of 4 rented this property for a work stay of 11 days. Upon arrival we were greeted by a drunk and disorderly downstairs renter who was subsequently evicted from the property the next morning. The owner/host Freddy was quick to arrive to the site to address the issue but after offering help with any other needs, he was then unresponsive and unwilling to assist. Furthermore, the unit itself had a smell of cigarette smoke (potentially from the downstairs renter or previous renters) and was generally 'dingy'. The unit had stains on most carpets, mold on the shower curtain and disrepair in the bathroom (faucets). Beds were uncomfortable at best and stains were present on some pillow cases and duvets. There were also 4 countertop stools missing (shown in online photos) which would have been useful for our group. Lastly, after giving multiple days notice that we would be checking out one day early there was no refund for the final days stay unless we rebooked. After the multitude of issues I found this to be very poor. I would fault both the property and the rules on this site. This is an honest review. Our stay was 'manageable' at best and only made so by the good company of colleagues we had. The property itself over promises and under delivers. In my opinion the property is past due for renovations and simply a thorough cleaning which should happen on a regular basis. Our group would not recommend nor book with this property again. Lastly. I believe other options provide a better overall service; something for this website and renters to consider.

Small, simple, nice

Simple small space. Bathroom was very small. 3 bedrooms were ok with beds to sleep 6. Supplies could've been better. Ran out of towels, had to take some to the laundry & still ran out. Toilet paper down to the last roll, had to buy a pack in case we needed it. Kitchen had basic needs stocked. 1 couch -could seat 3, along with 2 other chairs in family room.
