The property was excellent. The front desk staff could use some customer service training. I had booked a Deluxe king room and they checked us in and sent us off. When we got to the room it was a room with 2 double beds. We went to the desk and they said there was nothing they could do as they were sold out and the king rooms must have gotten overbooked. Offered nothing for our inconvenience. We stay at Drury Inns all the time and have never had this poor of service.

This is our new favorite hotel. Colton at the front desk was great. Colton knew our names through out the stay and was super helpful with anything we needed. The food was great and the beverages were great and Brian was great very friendly and caring. Overall an amazing experience.

Great trip we stayed here while in town for HorrorHound which was essentially down the street at The Sharonville convention center Great choice the Staff was amazing Particularly the dining staff Always a smile never have to ask for anything The 3 free cocktails and dinner which was delicious plus popcorn and 24 hour hot tea were amazing perks My only complaint is the pillows Both Me & My sister left with super stiff necks due to how uncomfortable the pillows were but other than that the stay was amazing The people were the best part and Cracker barrel is legit right next door so u can't beat the convenience overall

I never got to stay. I booked on Expedia and when I got there the place was overbooked. The receptionist. COLTEN, was unapologetic and i stood there for 10 minites before he communicated why he was calling other numbers and feverishly checking the computer. He thought it was no big deal that his remedy for the situation was to get in the car and drive to another drury in a different city for a room I didnt even book. I ended up paying the same price for a double queen as I was going to be charged for a 2 room suite. Poor service, bad communication, and lack of empathy. I will stick with Mariott, Hilton, or Double Tree.

The first room we were given had most of the Lightbulbs missing and a completely clogged toliet. I feel that should have been caught when cleaning the room when the previous occupants departed. We were moved to an adequate room quickly. Just inconvenient with a family. The staff were friendly and the food was good.

This was our first time staying here. Really a great experience! Check in was fast and easy! Breakfast was amazing. The afternoon meal was something else. We got drink vouchers but don’t drink but they have a soda machine so it was great for us!

Top notch - stay here!

The hotel was busy, but it was quiet in the rooms which is super impressive. The entire staff from check-in, to dinner, breakfast, cleaning peiple to the manager, everyone was attentive, friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast as well as 3 adult drinks were satisfying and more than enough. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

When I needed a late check out the staff was very kind in giving more extra time than I asked for. I did not like the body wash in the dispensers in the shower. It was very harsh and really dried out my child's skin.
