Room smelled of weed. Was in a non smoking room beside a smoking room. Pool was cold. No change room. Unuseable. Continetal breakfast was... sparse.

there was fighting going on at two am in the morning. people banging on doors. screaming and crying. the side doors lock didn’t work. the pool had a film of oil over top of it. too crowded on the weekends. not like pictures at all. i had to sleep without covers one night. stayed there for five days on the fourth day i left my card in the room and the reservation was for two adults but because i wasn’t the primary person they would not give me another key. i am 8 months pregnant and had to sit outside for two hours until the adult could leave work and come get a key to let me in. also they charged our card without authorization at the end for $300 extra dollars. hands down the worst experience!!!

The bathtub didn’t drain, the toilet would barely flush, kids were running up and down the halls all night yelling and the whole first floor stunk of weed. When I went to the front desk about it, nothing was done!

Long check-in and cloudy pool.

Took 20 minutes to check me in. The host kept blaming Expedia for some reason. Went to use the pool and passed several rooms filled with Marijuana smoke. Finally got to a very cloudy and cold pool. There were garage doors open and it was freezing. Others were complaining as well. We didn’t swim.

This is a fairly industrial part of town. I didn’t feel safe as a solo woman traveling. It’s near a convention center. I would have thought it would be more updated.
