I was going to the Cincy Open. 15 minute drive to get the tournament site. I would stay there again when I volunteer.

room was filthy. My white socks turned black walking around Coffee pot probably 20 years old and caked with old coffee. Hair dryer 30 years old dirty and only one setting worked. Asked two staff (incuding manager) how to work TV and they could not. we were told to just not watch it. No USB ports and very few outlets. "Free breakfast" was cereal and bread. Awful place

I did not like that i could not go to the pool when i got away fo that when i work alot and wanted to get a way for me. And the smell in the room was bad not clean they move Me to a new room after was little better but just was not happy at all..
Left in the closet when I check then so I took a picture. That mean that it wasn't clean. Very well and spots on there's the clean linen. This was in they that's a closet when I check in it was very unhappy

My stay a Sonesta East

My experience great other than the cleaning crew didn’t clean the room. Als had to go to the office for towels and washcloth. The cleaning person did even have comforter or cover to use for the sofa bed after asking several times.

The layout of the room is great! We specifically chose it because it had a loft area with separate bathrooms & a kitchen. But it was very dirty on the floor, in the corners, on the curtains & there were several dark hairs remaining on towels & the toilet. We let the front desk know & she gladly offered to show us other units. We looked at 3 or 4 more & they were all in the same condition or worse & smelled awful! So since it was so late & we still hadn’t had dinner, we stayed in our room that night & then told them the next morning that we’d be leaving. The property manager happened to be there at the time & was horrified by the photos we showed him & immediately refunded us in full! We had really wanted it to work out, because the units have a cute, condo type layout, but they need to be thoroughly cleaned & renovated.

MY STAY WAS GOOD, QUICK CHECK IN AND OUT, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE AS WELL AZS BED WAS COMFY. DIDNT MAKE IT TO BREAKFAST. NO ICE MACHINE ON PROPERTY WHICH I THOUGHT WAS INCONVENIENT BUT OTHER THAN THAT MY STAY WAS GOOD. CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING AND FREEWAYS.
