Wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean and with all needed amenities. In particular, the pillows were very comfortable, as is often not the case in many hotels. The staff was friendly and amenable. The two windows in my room were perfect for creating a light work environment in the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was an incident about the food quality at breakfast, and the staff (Robbie) went above and beyond and corrected it exceeding our expectations. It would have been better had there not been a food quality issue, but they more than made up for it with how they corrected. Friday night bar staff (Robin) extremely friendly, outgoing, and a lot of fun to be served by. The gelato bar was fantastic. Gentleman at the coffee bar in the morning could have been more interactional rather than transactional. Front desk staff super friendly. All housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile and hello. Our room, facing the ocean, best rooms in the hotel, we’re extremely soundproof.
