We certainly enjoyed our stay at Rex's condo.The instructions from the host regarding entering and using the property were welcomed and very clear, both in email received and printed instructions inside the unit on the counter. The host's telephone number is provided in case one has to contact him and he is easy to contact.There is ample outside parking near the condo entrance door, and our host also offered enclosed garage parking.Kitchen is very well equipped. There is both a filter type coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo unit is large, clean, comfortable, and has ample beach equipment including an umbrella with sand auger.. The main bedroom which we used is comfortable with good storage.The beach and pool are just a few minute's walk from the condo. The nearby pool is clean and heated. Unfortunately, there is only one base receiver in the four pool corner tables for an umbrella that you bring and is provided by the host, so one can be exposed to the sun if using the pool area.In the condo, he patio door to the outside where the table and chairs is heavy to move as it is a hurricane force resistant door. I lubricated the track and that helped somewhat. Love bugs in the patio are prevalent in May, but I sprayed the outside patio area and that made a large difference. During the week the maintenance person vacuumed up all the dead bugs in the patio.There is a track for but no outside patio screen door. So the cooling/heating system cycles on and off. It wo
