I have never rented a vacation home that was as well stocked as this one. From the abundant supply of paper towels and other paper products right down to the fully stocked kitchen and laundry, we needed nothing, other than actual food. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room/guest house!! A great time was had by all!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (13, 11,5) had a great stay at this house. The beach was a close walk and the house had ample beach supplies available for us. We enjoyed the pool and game room as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby!

Great Post Cruise Beach House

The perfect beach house to follow up our Bahamian cruise. Very clean, great pool area and wonderful pool house with lots of games for the kids. Short walk to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs and beach toys.

Great location. Fun for all ages. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a large outdoor living space and the house is beautiful and clean. Lots of pool and beach items in site. We picked this house because of the amenities and location to the beach. We loved hanging out by the pool. I messaged Joe about some new darts for the dart board and he quickly dropped them off. We would stay here again if vacationing near cocoa Beach.

Great house and location for family vacation

Our family of 10 enjoyed our Florida Christmas vacation at Cocoa Beach. Joe was a very good host and was extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable house which was also very well supplied with everything we needed--towels, paper products, dishes, seasonings, and plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kids loved the pool with plenty of pool toys, beach equipment, and the game room. The location is perfect in a quiet street close to the beach and across the road from Gator & (mini) Golf. Highly recommend!
