The property's units, I believe are privately owned. We stayed with family (2) rooms. Their "penthouse was disgusting and falsely presented online. If it was cleaned it wasn't done to a standard. While our apartment was reasonably clean the bedroom TV was small, not all channels were available. The bathroom tap had server water hammer so had to be careful that we didn't wake anyone up. The room felt very old and used and in need of a make-over to bring it up to what people expect and would want to come back to in the future. Until then, there are other excellent locations available.

We stayed at the Pacific Bay Resort as an overnight between Sydney and the Gold Coast. Reception was welcoming and friendly, directions to our room precise, parking availability was excellent, our room although probably 35 to 40 years old was spotlessly clean and well maintained. A golf cart shuttle picked us up And took us home after dinner and the same thing in the morning for breakfast. Five stars on everything!

Our apartment was spotless and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Restaurant was very convenient and meals were lovely. Was also nice having the golf course as the view from the our balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful grounds so much wild life and amazing koi fish in the lake around the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all lovely and the food was delicious. Only a walk to beach and great pools.

Good stay at Pacific bay resort

Excellent stay, bed was good wwith fridge, coffee and tea in room, all good. Shame about the noisy family next door, otherwise I can highly recommend the resort, and so much to do including walkable beach.

The staff were lovely... very accommodating. However the rooms and facilities are in desperate need of updating... the property grounds are well kept ...but everything else is very tired. The rooms are NOT serviced. And don't accidentally unplug the Wi-Fi (there is a small sticker advising that ... but you will need your glasses and to move the furniture to see it ;)
