The room had no aircon, was mouldy and damp, we were not able to have hot shower due to steam and the threat of a $1700 fine. The window would not open very much and we only had a plug in fan. Due to the mould in the bathroom and the smell we purchased eucalyptus spray and damp rid.A very unpleasant experience. Also the fridge was switched off on a very hot day. On a brighter note the staff at check in were friendly and helpful.
