Clean bed & linen staff were helpful in changing our rooms to ground level on our return visit as per our request but had trouble with live coachroaches when we came back into the room after dinner at night Killed at least a dozen. No staff available, left note on our door key as we had early departure

The room was bump up from $81 p/n to $250 p/n due to a junior austag weekend in coffs. 3 times the standard price. Despite my eyes watering due to excess bleach used to clean the place, there were stlblood stains on the walls and black mould all through the bathroom. The door had holes in it and clearly a stab mark from a knife. The carpet was sticky. The tv turned it self off every 30min. The room was shacking till 3am due to the DJ next door at the pub. My 6year old son woke up with bites all over him something in the bed. I have photos to back my claims. This is totally unexceptionable. Please contact me to discuss my options. 0490 540 130

The room was tiny and appeared to be mid renovation when work was stopped. Room had 2 small single beds, a small bar fridge a small TV and a chair all bunched up against each other. Bedhead and other fixed items had been removed and walls hadn't been fixed up. I didn't expect much but my expectation was till beaten (in the negative).

Given a very smelly room infested with cockroaches. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom light switch is almost broken and had to be careful to avoid a electric shock. The metal frames in batheroon are rusted. Unable to properly close the hand basin taps. I would be pleased to get some sort of refund on this room.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was neat and tidy. The only let down was the AC , the filters were very thick with dust and there was mold in the shower. I did advise the morning staff as I was leaving that I had cleaned the AC filters myself as my child has allergies and it was affecting his breathing.

Itinerary from wotif said check in at noon arrived at noon but was told check in is 2pm and to pay 50 dollars to check in early argued and argued with wotif and ibis reception who both threw the prroblem back to one another and ended up being robbed for the 50 dollars never again

Nothing to really like. Bathroom was poor. no separation for water from the shower tiles to the tiles on the floor of the bathroom including the toilet apart from the plastic shower curtain. Had to endure 15 min of a fire alarm because someone had taken a hot shower and left the bathroom door open, and it set off the fire alarm. Supplied "Continental Breakfast" was appalling. I had 2 x raison toasts, an orange juice, and left.
