Drury rooms are always spotless, and every staff person is genuinely friendly, helpful and courteous. Really nice that the breakfast and dinner buffets (including a few grown-up drinks) are included too!

Room was immaculate. Very clean. Beds were super uncomfortable for me and my wife. So much so that my wife asked me to go home in the middle of the night. We checked out early simply because we could not rest there, the beds were very firm, too much so. Pillows were uncomfortable. Very nice hotel but just could not be comfortable on those beds. Others may find the beds comfortable; we just could not. Also, there were no vending machines. Instead they have a small "market" where you can buy things at the front desk, but the selection was very sparse. We could not find anything to drink that we liked, so instead of going out again as we were tired, we just went without. We did catch the soda machines downstairs open and were able to find a diet coke. My suggestion, replace the beds. It seemed they had been topped with a topper, which made them sit very high and they were far too firm. We found them painful for our old joints. Also consider a vending machine with more selection of soda/tea. The staff was very nice, but not sure we'd stay again due to being unable to rest on the beds. Leaving this review at 4 stars as we likely are just used to a softer bed.
