Was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic staff from front desk to the buffet to the bar. Very clean and bigger room than expected. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Free breakfast. Free dinner from 5:30-7 pm 3 free drinks during dinner from soda to margaritas! Close to the Blue Note and every cool establishment.

The staff here was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. I really enjoyed the evening social hour — it’s a great way to get people out of their rooms and connect. The food during social hour was better than expected, and the restaurant on-site stays open late (until midnight) with great options — we tried the turkey melt and BBQ pizza, both were delicious. I liked that they had music outside, but I couldn’t hear it in my room (7th floor), which was perfect for peace and quiet. They have three elevators, all working, a gym and pool, and if you have a Planet Fitness membership, there’s one only about 10 minutes away. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and easy parking. I even had a trailer, and there was plenty of space to park. The breakfast was great, with staff cooking eggs and pancakes right in front of you. Overall, an excellent stay, and I’ll definitely be back. The only thing I wish they had was a fire pit out back to sit around in the evenings — that would make it perfect.

Wish there were 2 Drury plazas or a larger one since columbia doesn’t have good hotel options and it’s hard to get a room unless it’s 1 year in advance
