This is a very nice hotel, centrally located on the Gran Via with a metro stop just outside. It also had a couple of well known clothing stores nearby which was very handy. The breakfast was unbeatable, staff very friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Only issue for me was that it is quite a large hotel with lots of guests which could be a bit overwhelming at times. Otherwise five stars.

The stay was very good until it was time for check out. One of the 2 elevetors got broken, and the other elevator only stopped 4 times in 20 minutes in my floor.
