I always love staying here but unfortunately this last time the TV volume box was broken so maintenance took over 45 minutes to switch out a new TV. And to add my dinner was a really bad cut of lamb, had to return it. Was supposed to get a discount but never did. But, always all staff is soo nice.

The hotel seemed like it needs a refresh. Stained carpet in the rooms, peeling wallpaper, etc. The staff were excellent but there was never enough servers or bartenders so they were overloaded and the food, while very good, took a very long time to come out.

The front desk gentleman who was working there Monday morning around 5am he was very rude. It sounded like he hates his job. He was mad that i asked him for microwave at 5am lol
