Title: Extremely Disappointed — Worst Customer Service Experience at Marriott I travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Here’s what happened: I woke up at 5 AM to attend a work-related event and went downstairs for breakfast. An employee followed me all the way to the restaurant and asked if I was going to have breakfast. I said yes. Once I started getting my breakfast, another staff member asked me again. I confirmed I would be eating. She then said I needed to pay $18, removed toast from my plate, unplugged the toaster, and then asked me to leave. She threatened to call the police if I did not. I was a registered guest with a credit card on file. All they needed to ask was for my room number. This treatment was unacceptable. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS MARRIOTT AGAIN.

Great room for cost, excellent amenities, nice area to take a walk in. Fast food nearby, hotel has a great restaurant and bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We didn’t see on Expedia that there would be a valet only charge of $34.00 to park, the shower head was hanging down, with the caulking loose and the shampoo was completely empty, which we didn’t notice until the next mornings shower.. expected more from Marriott
