Kings square Cityview kitchenette by Daniel&Jacob's
Summary:
Despite not being a very large apartment, this is actually a great place for a small group or perhaps two couples traveling together. Both bedrooms are spacious and come with their own TV and sofa.
The location is excellent for sightseeing or enjoying the vibrant Copenhagen food scene. The nearby metro station will take you around town or to the airport in about 13 minutes.
The large bathroom was recently remodelled with fresh, rose-colored tiles and cool black and white fixtures.
The Space:
For those looking for comfort, convenience and a dap of color, this 2 bedroom vacation home is a solid choice for an unforgettable visit to Copenhagen.
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
From the street entrance, walk the three floors up to the apartment. Being this high up means less noise from the street. You will enter into the open kitchen and shared living space. The kitchen is small but has you covered on the basic essentials so you can make coffee, prepare breakfast, etc. It is not suitable for cooking.
From the kitchen, you have access to the two large bedrooms. Each room has a super comfortable double bed that also splits into singles if you prefer. You will also find a dresser, a sofa and a TV with complimentary Netflix for your viewing pleasure.
A small hallway leads you to the designer bathroom, which is recently refurbished and decorated with cool rose-colored tiles.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right where you want to be as a visitor in Copenhagen: inside the old and charming city center, where you are close to just about everything.
Within five minutes you can reach the royal palace, Nyhavn (New Harbor) and Strøget, the world-famous shopping street. If the Copenhagen food scene is on your itinerary (which it definitely should be), you will also really like this area.
Getting Around:
Kgs. Nytorv metro is 100m from the front door.

Disappointed
Great in every foreseen aspect noted above, however; on day 4 of a 6 day stay, at 7am a construction crew moved in & began demolishing to remodel the other 3 of 4 apartments in the building. We were staying in apartment 4. The noise was so loud it drove us out of the building. I contacted the booking service, who put me in touch via email with a representative of the hosts. They didn't address the issue, initially come to the building to verify my complaint (they asked me to send pictures and videos as verification), offer an apology of inconvenience, or make an effort to move us. It is now laughable, but at the time it was so frustrating. On day 5 half my family left early because of the noise & dust. I informed the hosts via email, their response was to offer a 10% discount, & a 15% if I book again with them directly. They don't live up your business model.
