La location est très confortable et fonctionnelle, et idéalement située pour visiter la région. Tout est accessible en très peu de temps. Malheureusement, la canicule ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter pleinement la première semaine… mais c’était le cas pour tout le beaucoup en France cet été.

Tolle Gastgeber und ein schöner Urlaub

Ich habe diese Unterkunft nun schon zum zweiten mal gebucht. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Es ist alles da was man braucht.Es ist ruhig und in einem kleinen, wunderschönen Dorf gelgen.Es gab sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit bei unsrer Ankunft. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

La location est très bien équipée et très agréable et les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs. En revanche, au vu de la taille de la location, il est difficile d'envisager des repas à 4 dans la cuisine. Dans ce cas de figure, il faut obligatoirement manger dans le jardin. Idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes maximum avec ou sans animal. Dans notre cas, le chien semble avoir passé un aussi agréable séjour que nous ;)

Un grand merci

Lieu agréable et pratique avec de jeunes enfants proche des plages et villes de St Georges de didonne, royan, saintes (20min en voiture). La gentillesse et l accueil des propriétaires qui sont au petit soins pour nous : mise à disposition vélo pour le petit et moi même avec siège enfant, bac à sable , point d eau...confiture maison . Tout est sur place pour les petits ( assiettes, pot, marche pied, barrières de sécurité...). Un grand merci pour ce superbe séjour ou nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Cordialement

Très bon séjour

Location proche de toutes les plages aux environs, et vraiment proche de Royan. l'endroit est propre, et surtout très calme (très appréciable pour se reposer), en plus il y a un jardin. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles. On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour.

Très bien emménagé

Un logement très bien équipé, bien situé au calme où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous y avons vécu quelques jours avec mes 2 enfants et mon mari. Ce n’est pas très grand mais très bien équipé. Les vélos en prêt sont un vrai plus, surtout dans cette région. Le petit jardin est tres bien agencé. Merci aux propriétaires soucieux du détail avec de petites attentions à l’arrivée.

Nous avons passé 6j dans cette location avec ma maman, ma fille de 9mois et notre petit chien. L'environnement est calme et le petit jardin annexe de la location est très agréable (notre chienne a adorée). La location est très bien équipée et je remercie encore M. et Mme Paulais pour avoir mis à disposition tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un bébé, c'est vraiment pratique. La localisation permet de vadrouiller facilement dans la région. Merci encore pour les petites attentions de bienvenue. Au plaisir de séjourner de nouveau dans votre location.

Location bien située , au calme , à la campagne proche des plages et qui permet de visiter facilement des villages côtiers, d'aller aux restaurants,aux marchés nocturnes , etc. La disposition du jardin est appréciable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires lors de notre arrivė avec certaines attentions. Petit réfrigérateur avec compartiment freezers et non congélateur .La porte du freezers s'ouvre à chaque ouverture du réfrigérateur. Le lecteur DVD ne fonctionne pas. Le barbecue électrique ne chauffe pas et fait disjoncter le compteur. Le village le plus proche de la location (COZES) est bien équipé en commerces (pharmacie. Marché. Super U .Magasin de presse...) La connection Internet n'est pas stable comme dans de nombreuses communes dans le secteur. Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble. Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.

Logement fonctionnel, tout y est pensé pour ne manquer de rien. Les propriétaires sont sérieux et attentionnés . Séjourné à 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L''extérieur est appréciable et le prêt de vélo est un vrai +. La situation géographique permet de passer un séjour au calme , et d'accéder facilement à différents point phare de la région. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires dès l’arrivée . Emplacement idéal pour se reposer à 15 minutes de Royan 30 minutes de la Palmyre et ces attractions et zoo. Logement correspondant bien à la description. Un bon séjour à recommander pour les amoureux de la campagne.Merci à Mr et Mme Paulais.
