I expected this day to be much nicer not only was I greeted by the most rude valet employee, our room was so dirty. There was pubic hair all over the bathtub and dirt and debris on the floors of the room. I couldn’t wait to get home.

Very nice hotel but the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were flat. Also $40 a day for self parking and $50 a day for valet is a bit much. No free or low cost parking in the area from the hotel. We paid a decent amount for the rooms for the weekend and to add an extra $89-$100 for parking is just crazy.

Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa felt welcoming even before I arrived. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. My room was spacious, quiet, and had a home-like comfort that made my stay even better. The highlight was the wonderful view of the park outside, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, its close proximity to Segerstrom Center for the Arts makes it a perfect spot if you’re looking to catch a Broadway show. A great place to stay!

This has easily become one of my favorite places to stay. The environment and property is so clean. It's peaceful. The service is consistently excellent. I've visited this hotel several times. From the colors and all you feel the vibe. I'll return very soon.

Beautiful hotel with lots of nice perks.

Very welcoming, our first time and guaranteed next time we are in the area without hesitation this will be our come back. The staff are very nice, welcomed us greeted us. Liked having the walking path with beautiful lake right behind the hotel. Food at the restaurant delicious.
