The valet guys were welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, we liked the snacks and drinks in the room. The silver trumpet restaurant was very convenient to get dessert after dinner at South Coast Plaza. Overall it was a pleasant stay and gorgeous grounds!

Beautiful property, great location, friendly service. Would stay here again. Notes for management: my queen bed was broken down on the side next to the nightstand, and the outlet in the bathroom did not work at all. Details matter.

Cute, decorated hotel in a great area! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only cons is the pricey parking for guests, it should be discounted or free! There's also no microwave to reheat food and the bathrooms are a little outdated. The tv stand table also had ants (no food on the counter) and the bathroom had a weird chemical smell when it was left open. Other than that, it's good!

Very quiet setting for being close to the airport. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Restaurant food could have been served hotter, but I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Good internet.
