The room was clean and freshly painted. But very basic. The tv sound didnt work; the fridge was off, the bathroom was dated with a dangerous step (trip hazard) from the room . Cutlery and microeave were provided but no plates or bowls. If you have to stay in Cowra, it does the job but only for the hardened travellers.

While the location was good, the room itself was very small and not overly clean. There was very little room between the end of the bed and the desk/bench. Although the image of the property shows a pool, we didn't see one or any notification that one existed. Hard to recommend.

Room was fine for me for 2 nights - microwave was handy to allow me to prep my breakfast. Rooms could do with refurbishment (I was in Room 3). Did not understand the TV - I could not work out how to access free-to-air and when I tried to open the digital channels, they all seemed to require either an update and/or a log-in. If TV is to be so complicated, basic instructions must be provided - it's not relaxing if it takes a guest ages to get at something they can watch. Very convenient for centre of town and bowling club, where I was working for 2 days.

Window shade was torn. And was attached with tape. Bathroom was very tight getting to toilet. Shower had no screen Would not allow a larger person access. Bed only had one sheet. Had to ask for a top sheet, which was provided. The breakfasts were already in place with glad wrap over the dish. Couldn't Tell how long it had been there. Bread was in the fridge without any covering.

Bathroom was hideous and I would never have used it. Wotif’s photos do not match what you’re getting. The room booked was not available and the room provided was unacceptable. The feel of the whole place was awful. The continental breakfast included 2 slices of stale white bread. We did not stay.

We didn’t like property at all. Double bed when told it was a Queen and it was up against the wall very hard for seniors to get into. Bathroom very old, no shelf. Breakfast was just cornflakes already in bowl and a few slices of bread in fridge. Room was tiny, they called it 1 bedroom appartment but it was just a room. Windows and window sill filthy.

Firstly, the reception was closed when we arrived at 2.20 p.m. A phone call located the 'manager' at the shops - she returned about 15 minutes later. Booking requested a downstairs room; informed on arrival that only 2-bed 'apartments' are available on the top floor. Offered two separate rooms, which would have cost more. Motel had at least 3 weeks to possibly inform us of the problem, but did not make contact. The rooms pictured in the advertisement are not what you will receive. They are old, dirty, and badly in need of refurbishment. The toilet had brown stains, the shower stall was mouldy, and the shower curtain was too short and filthy with mould. Breakfast cereal already in bowls on counter wrapped in cling wrap (unhygienic and also illegal) - not sure how long the four bowls had been sitting there. Coffee mug stained. Internal doors to bathroom and other bedroom do not open or close properly, one doorknob broken. Broken leg on single bed in main room, broken light in 2nd room, as well as the blind pull broken. Air conditioning is old and noisy - not heating effectively. Cobwebs and dead spiders around windows, hidden by curtains. Considering it was winter, and the night's temperature had fallen to -2 degrees, there were no blankets on the beds - fortunately found in cupboards, as the room was freezing. A friend also stayed here the same night, and his comment was "all that's missing is the chalk outline on the floor." Will never stay here again. Disgusting!

Close to town. Rooms were extremely small, dark, double bed butted up against bedroom wall uncomfortable hard beds Our rubbish bin was not cleared when we arrived which attracted ants This is the most substandard motel room we have ever stayed in
