The room was clean and tidy however there was noise all night from the hotel, I'm not sure if we were behind a service/maintenance area in the building or whether it was from the heating system but it was a loud thumping/rumbling sound that went every 20-30 mins and kept us awake. The purpose of our stay was to be nearby to the airport for an early morning flight so we want to get as much sleep as possible to save the travelling on the day and we would have had a better nights sleep at home and to lose the extra hour sleep travelling the journey as we had no sleep at all and this wasn't just myself that slept poorly it was all 4 of us who were booked to stay.

Always the way with this place, whatever room you book they put you in the easiest for them, the room was the un refurbished ones, that was tatty and had a bath, walking past all the other rooms being cleaned it’s easy to see the difference, no one wants to go out there way these days to make you feel better

This was a lovely Hotel to stay at for our last night in the UK. The man at check-in was so nice and friendly. He was accommodating and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Would highly recommend staying in there if you’re in the area. There was also a large choice of gluten-free options on the restaurants menu, which was ideal for my wife
