Location is good and Tower views are great. Concierge helpful also. Make sure you check for bed bugs. We did have an issue with these in our bed and and were bitten. Staff moved us to another room immediately but no offer of a room credit or even a meal or drink voucher as a goodwill gesture for this. They are aware of overall problem as they did mention Rentokill had been.

This is a great location ….. between the attractions and the ability to walks along the Thames and number of nearby restaurants etc I couldn’t ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful especially the concierge who really helped us plan out an entire day of activities. Breakfast was excellent particularly for the minimal cost. The only issue I had was more me then the hotel. The lift was always packed and the wait time was too long. If they had a stairwell inside and readily available I would have walked since I was only on the 1st floor ie 2nd floor in the US…. I still give it 5 stars my impatience is not their fault !

This property was perfectly situated. It was close to the train stations which made it easier to get around. The hotel air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We had to switch rooms three times.

The location and price are optimal. However, what people don't realize that it is a very large hotel and holds many people. The hotel is a tad outdated and needs some repair. 2 of 4 lifts did not work, and the shower water was luke warm at best. The staff was quick and efficient in response. Breakfast bar was good but Varsity restaurant was just a fast food restaurant/bar combo.
