Very pleasant overnight stay. Super comfy bed. Room facilities in good condition, good food at the restaurant and a suburb view of Tower Bridge to top it off. Excellent hotel.

Great and terrible

Oh amazing hotel! Beautiful, great location and room was great! Bar downstairs was lovely and the view from the tower bar was great too, great selection of drinks…and that’s where my downfall began! Trust me if you have some crazy romantic notion about bringing your friend ( who you’re secretly in love with!) here for drinks and a nice stay…then getting very very drunk and stupidly confessing said love…please do not do it! I torpedoed a perfect day! And now I’m lost in the ocean of regret and sadness, while the remains of the shipwreck of our friendship floats around me..oh the staff were all amazing too!

We arrived at the hotel at 11pm only to be told that due to 'Maintenance' our rooms were nolonger available and that they would need to relocate us to a sister hotel. The staff were disorganised and unfriendly. There was no offer of a complimentary beverage or clarification on which sister hotel we were heading to. It was totally disorganised us and many other guests. We had paid for a 'Tower view' room at an addition cost and of course were not going to get a tower view. there was no offer of compensation. This is now left to us to pursue. Customer service was very poor.

The hotel is close to a bunch of tourist attractions that are accessible through the public transportation system which is walking distance away. Great location for those looking to enjoy London and what it has to offer. Only downside is that the climate control in the room isn’t working and they had a heater in the room which barely made a difference in the temperature of the room. But would definitely return!
