The location was fantastic near the tower and bridge. The porters v. Helpful, and the food at the restaurant tasty. BUT the property and rooms very run down, the reception and check in staff not as helpful as the porters

Tower Bridge Hotel

Amazing stay at The Tower Bridge hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean room with a gteat view. Fan provided. Didnt eat at the hotel but visited Vicinity and Vu bars where staff provided excellent service. Would like to have sat at The Lawn but there were no tables available.

Was booked into a room on arrival to find that the room was already occupied. The situation was somewhat embarrassing for the occupants and ourselves. We were offered free breakfast for the remainder of our 3 day stay...but think that that was somewhat inadequate. We booked in December 2024 and found ourselves in a very tired room facing the marina rather than the tower bridge...again a bit dissappointed.

We loved our stay here. To sit beside the Thames, gazing out at the Tower Bridge is an experience I won't forget. I stayed here with two children and felt completely safe. We enjoyed the breakfast, the location, and the whole vibe of the area. No complaints.

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London.
