불친절한 고객 응대

공항 가기전에 오후 열시까지 잠깐 묵을 호텔로 예약을 하다 보니, 실수로 예약 변경 불가 룸을 하루 늦게 예약을하여 예약 후 다음날 바로 변경 요청해도 안된다 하고 혹시나 현지에서 다시 요청하면 될까 싶어 호텔에 찾아 가보니 짜증스럽다는 듯한 고객 응대로 일관하네요. 룸은 들어가 보지 않았으나 전반적인 분위기가 미케비치를 바라 보고 있는 호텔에 비해 많이 별로라 생각되고 앞으로 잠깐 머물던 오래 머물던 미케비치 뒷골목 호텔은 안 갈 예정입니다.

객실은 먼지 하나없이 깨끗하였고 침대도 깔끔 뽀송해서 쾌적하게 잘 보낼수 있었고, 안내데스크앞 계시는 직원분께서 먼저 인사해주시고 가족사진을 호텔 앞과 호텔 로비에서 너무 친절하게 찍어주시고 무료생수랑 여분의 타올을 필요한 만큼 잘 챙겨주셔서 100%만족한 숙소 였다고 감히 말할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주변 카콩까페와 파라다이스 마사지샵 이용했는데 맛과 가성비 우수한 마사지를 받을 수 있어서 즐거운 여행을 마칠 수 있었습니다. 그랩이 안 와서 헤매이고 있을때 직원께서 도와주셔서 잘 해결할 수 있었습니다. ^^

아파트형이라 6명의 숙박 장소로 택하였으나 침대가 작아 트윈룸을 하나 더 예약함. 사진처럼 산뜻하지 않음. 넓게 쓰는거 외에는 장점이 없음.

Nice hotel with beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is simple but not bad at all. Definitely will come back in the future trip to Danang

베트남에서 3번째로 머물게 된 호텔입니다. 룸은 사진과 많이 달라 실망을 했습니다. 직원분들은 완전 친절합니다. 직원들의 서비스에는 완전 만족합니다. 하지만 가격대비 호텔 위치와 룸의 상태는 별로 입니다. 샤워기 걸어 놓는 걸대가 빠질랑 말랑 완전 불안했고요. 칼이나 포크 나무 젓가락같은게 없어 불편했습니다. 컵라면을 비치해 놓고 젓가락은 없네요. 3만원대 다른 호텔에 비해 완전 완전 별로 였습니다. 아이들이 3만원대 호텔로 다시 가면 안되냐고 할 정도 였습니다.

I would like to say NEVER GO

여기 사진믿고 갔다가 개낭패봤어요. 애기랑 랑코쪽 리조트가기전 다낭에서 이틀묵을생각으로 젤비싼방인 골든스위트 결제했는데. 가기전 컨택한 메일도 다씹혔고. 가서보니 웬 천막같은 방에서 진짜 더럽고. 사진이랑 너무나 다른게 어이가없어서 장난하냐고 방당장바꿔 달랬더니 방없다고 낼바꿔준다해서 참았는데 담날 딴소리함. 결국 이틀묵었는데 내 가방 안에서 개미 스무마리 넘게잡았고 계속 쏘리쏘리하긴하는데 우리 엄마아빠아니었음 호텔당장 바꿨을듯. 그러면서 체크아웃할때 잘써달라고 얘기하는데 와 나씨 욕할뻔.절대가지마세요. 최악이에요. 방음도하나도안되고 조식 쓰레기에요. This hotel is the worst in my life ever. So different with pictures on the website and so dirty. I was with my young baby so I complained and requestes to change another room. But they said no room available again and again. That was awful horrible terrible place. Never go.
