"Hotel was lovely, staff at the 10th floor restaurant were so attentive and food was amazing. Manager in the breakfast restaurant however was not helpful. I was looking for staff member to ask question he caught my eye twice and turned away twice very rude."

"Great to have a breakfast buffet so as to avoid an early AM forage for it nearby. Food was hot and plentiful. Room was small, the bathroom smelled moldy but front desk staff dispatched someone quickly to rectify that issue. Decor overall was plain but fine enough"
