staff was nice and accommodating we left our truck at location for a week and had no issues upon return shuttle was nice back to airport, no issues at all breakfast was good and the room was reasonably price for just one night.

Flight was cancelled & booked this last minute for the pool and hot tub since the kids were exhausted and wanted something fun for them close to the airport. We arrived and found the hot tub was green and freezing and the pool was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We went to the front and requested a cancellation. They said no problem and off we went to walk to a new hotel. Lo and behold they will not refund us for a hotel room we didn’t even stay in. I never complain,but this was just awful. I also heard a woman complain on the phone that her room was filthy and things weren’t working. Steer clear these guys are crooks!
