Customer Service at its worst

My stay began with the being disconnected when calling for the transfer from the airport 7 times. Upon arriving at the front desk 1.5 hours later, I asked if they had phone probems. The young lady said, no their phones work fine, she was just busy and had to disconnect calls in order to get her job done.

It was solid. The room wouldnt open so I had to switch to another room but that room didnt have two beds so had to swtich to a third room but once I did, it was great. The people there were great in helping me.

A great choice when stranded at DFW

Good values, convenient to airport ( and free shuttle), comfortable room and bed, very friendly and helpful staff, small but decent dinner served. What’s not to like?

Everything was excellent except for the elevator which needs renovation. I feel like its going to malfunction at any given time. It’s understandable that it was an old building that they renovated but they should have included the elevator too.
