Open floor 2700 SF 2 Story Home w/ 7 Beds (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 4 Full Beds, and Sofa Bed) Pool Outdoor Fire-Pit Patio Deck w/ Sun-loungers and Outdoor seating area dedicated work desk. Each and every corner of the house is designed with utmost care and love; each room is unique with its great design style. 4 rooms have ceiling fans.

Guest access

Amenities Access: Guests will have access to all amenities listed in the listing. This includes all games and gaming machines, access to the private patio and pool area, outdoor fire-pit.

Other things to note

Neighborhood: A safe upper-middle-class neighborhood, police patrol daily. Please respect our neighbors and try not to be too loud, thank you.

- You'll never run out of things to do here! Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong or 8-ball pool in the game room, or relive your childhood with the classic Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter arcade games. After a day of excitement, unwind in the private hot tub, nestled in the large, fenced-in backyard—a perfect spot for a peaceful evening under the moon and stars.

Security

- There are security cameras looking at the front and back of the home. There’s also a Minut noise monitor that’ll notify you if noise levels are above the threshold.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarm

Robot pool cleaner: It has 2-3hr battery life; when it’s done cleaning, it goes up to the nearest wall.

Cleanliness is important to us. We use sheets that are well cleaned. Blackout curtains are in every room, for those who work nights or want to sleep in. BBQ grill is in the backyard; please clean and put it back. Otherwise, the cleaner will charge an extra $50 to clean the grill.

- Trash/recycling is every Thursday, so you can take the bins to the curb on Wednesday if you’d like and bring them back in Thursday night.

Washer and Dryer (in the Laundry room, with detergent). You’ll be able to control both the washer and dryer with controls.
