Amazing as always when my wife and I stay at the Renaissance in Addison. It’s our go to hotel when we come to visit because of the great food, clean and spacious rooms and wonderful service. I will like to give a special shout out to Arthur from the front desk he is so kind and professional. I have been going to the hotel for years now and he knows my wife and I by name and always treats us the best.
