Was really looking for better in this stay...it started off on the wrong foot and just never recovered. Prior to stay I had tried to contact this property by phone once and by emails through Expedia and the property directly several times. No reply to any of the different methods of communication. Not a huge deal as it wasn't an urgent need but wanted information on the stay. We pre checked in online from the link they sent us. All was fine there. We arrived at about 2:45...check in is 3pm. We were told room was not clean yet that it would be about 15 minutes which would be 3pm. Perfectly understandable...however after the 15 minutes were were told no less than three times it would be just ten more minutes for the room to be ready. It was almost 4pm before the room was done. That's an hour after check in time. Nothing was said about it at all by staff. I would think maybe they would have offered an hour late check out or something but they absolutely just write it off as of well. We got to our room and it was fine. We had the king room with the jetted tub. Room was clean and fairly newly remodeled. Outside area is decent as well. The other issue was with staff allowing weed to be smoked out back in the common area and some of the ground floor rooms and balconies. Well...all their smoke gets pulled right into the AC units causing everyone's room to reek of the smoke. The staff seems to be ok with it as they never addressed the large group doing it.

Smelled like everyone was smoking weed at the hotel..I understand that it's pretty much legal but as soon as we talked out the room I felt we were at a snoop dog concert...besides that it was everything we wanted it to be.

This years vacation experience was nowhere near the 1st n 2nd visit.. Dear Management, Make sure all children are UNDER CONTROL... Having management address the problem. Not put up some computer printed sign tape to the pillar by cafe . The mattress was so uncomfortable, it was hard to sleep. Then getting up with a aching baby. Our toilet handle kept falling off.. good thing that we knew how to repeatedly replace mechanism metal arm. To be aware of non patrons entering hotel pool illegally, again management did not respond ... Enforcing the Handicap parking. Not allowing a motorcycle block our access area for 2 days.. and No parking permit displayed.. All on all, I give it as rating of 3

The location was excellent. We could walk to the pier and the center for all the shopping & eat places. The hotel had a great outdoor space with a pool, eating spaces and just tables & chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The room on the other had needed a couple of things 1 showers needed to have some type of grab bars for older people and the only other thing was the water pressure in the sink was very low. Enjoyed the stay.

The floors in the bedroom were so dirty. Your feet were just black after walking on them they state they’re a pet friendly hotel but there’s very few places you can take your pet with you and the place they provide for you to walk your dog to go to bathroom has two pipes sticking up out of the ground so you can trip and fall on your face. Needless to say I would never ever stay there again.
