The property is in need of some repair.
Concrete is cracking in the tunnel, lights not working or knocked over on the grounds and an open area in the side walk heading toward the golf course.
When I arrived there’s no sign saying where to check in. For example check in this way through tunnel. After wandering through there I come to a broken elevator. There was a sign saying elevator broken but not check in on 3ed floor. So after walking up to the first floor and finding no reception, I repeated the process on the entire second floor. Finally a random employee appeared and told me reception on the third floor (naturally).
Bed was incredibly comfortable, tv worked great and coffee maker for tea, shower good size and linens fine.
Both mornings employees woke me up talking very loudly and laughing at 5am outside my exterior window in an employee area. A suggestion might be to keep it quiet to a more normal hour. Also the room doors slam very loudly and I think improving that would improve everyone’s stay since so many people are up and about before sunrise.
Otherwise great location & pool is amazing
