Very nice, but expensive spot

Wonderful setting at the lowest place in US. Rooms were fine and grounds were great. Food choices were limited and very costly as was gasoline. Stove Pipe restaurant, general store and gasoline were all less expensive. Restaurant at Stove Pipe had great food.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Death Valley. Location is ideal. Room was comfortable with VERY effective air conditioning. It opened directly on to the golf course so it was easy to pop out in the evening to look a the incredible stars.

We were sent a text welcoming us to the hotel and stated if we needed anything don’t hesitate to ask. So we sent a message asking for 2 glasses and a bottle opener and did not hear back. Breakfast at the buffet was average at best. There was a knocking in the walls all night. Dinner was great, bed comfortable and room was very good.

We’ve been to many hotels and motels in our travels around the country. Your establishment struck us as being very tastefully designed and outfitted. Going in to the suite was akin to entering a small, cozy house. Kudos on the framed photos instead of cheapo line-art! Easily the best stay we’ve had!

Given its remote location, it was comfortable room, the dining areas/options were good. Given that we were only there for two days we spent most of it in the Park and not at the facility. A very nice, clean place with friendly staff.

At home the temp is 99 and fells like 110 .here it is 110 and feels like 99 . I live in the southern swamps we have lots of moisture .lt was hot so bring a hat and water.

The Ranch was a very pleasant surprise! We had a wonderful time exploring Death Valley and truly enjoyed coming back to a comfortable room every night. The spring-fed pool was fabulous for relaxing every evening before going to bed. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The only negative was the price of the meals, but it was expected as Death Valley is pretty isolated. Based on our overall experience, we would definitely recommend The Ranch!
