Nice hotel but bed not comfy!

This hotel is located across from Mercy One and adjacent to Wells Fargo Arena. First impressions were that it’s a well kept, nice hotel! Front desk staff were welcoming with a quick check in. The room was also clean with a desk, chair/ottoman, and TV, toiletries in bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable, I tossed and turner on this mattress, however the linens and pillows were great. The BF area was staffed and had the standards available: scrambled and hard boiled eggs, waffles, sausage, bagels, toast and muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt as well as juice and coffee. I would stay here again, but the bed was really an issue for me.

I used to be a regular visitor to this property when it was under a different brand. It had been six years since I was last at this hotel, and the upgrades and remodeling were very nice. Staff is very friendly, as usual.

The staff was nice. Room was clean. Romote was dirty and sticky. No hot water when i took a shower. Fridge had a towel in the bottom of it collecting water from the block of ice defrosting from the little freezer section.
