Alamosa County accommodation from NZ$156

Bathrooms/shower area were exceptionally clean for the resort! Location was amazing right outside of Great Sand Dunes National Park! Sunsets and night skies were out of this world! A few things that made us give 4 stars instead of 5 was staff. Two signs leading into the park clearly say pizza available until 7. We pulled in at 6:35, starving from hiking the dunes, and the front desk staff told us she had already turned off the ovens for the night so she wasn’t going to cook anymore pizza. Either signs need to change or staff needs to be willing to do what the lodge has advertised. The other thing is that there is NO POOL as listed on Expedia. Please fix this on the property amenities. Apparently there hasn’t been a pool for 6 years. If you are staying in the domes, you don’t have a clear view of the sunset. All of the campers/RVs sit right in a row in front of the domes. You can’t see this in the pictures. Overall, great location, clean space, but poor staff.

Cleanliness, staff. Professional. Excellent customer service and happy with the stay.

The room was nice it was very clean and it was dead quiet. I slept like a rock.
