Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel.
Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program.
