Overall, I had a great stay at the Riu Guanacaste. The resort offers beautiful amenities, and there were plenty of activities and areas to enjoy. While some staff members came across as somewhat rude, many others were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. One downside was the pool towel service, as towels frequently ran out and guests sometimes had to wait a long time for replacements. Despite that inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated everything the resort had to offer.
