Our stay was great. We stayed 8 nights and everyone was very welcoming from the very start. We got upgraded to perfered through expida. We then decided to pay the extra for elite. Which gave us full access to everything on both sides and top shelf booze and a personal butler who took care of everything for us. It was worth the money for the time we stayed. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Tons of storage and big washroom with walk in shower. Good water pressure and very hot water. We got the swim out garden view and loved it, used it every day. The food was good not great. The buffet was the basic food but there was a good amount of choices. The restaurant were better and easy to book.
The beach was amazing. They were out every morning cleaning up the seaweed.
The resort over all is very clean and easy to find your way after a day or two.
Overall it was a great vacation and we will be back when the new one is built
