4 bookings in 5 weeks in India. Net result, excellent! I have already posted detailed reviews of this property and staff. In sum, I'll be looking to stay here on my every trip to India.
Two suggestions. Make room service menu available without WhatsApp. In fact, the room service never even sent the hard copy of the menu (I don't use WhatsApp) even two hours after they told me. Second, hire more staff - wait time just to get help with the luggage at the time of checkout was over 40 minutes. For water, had to call twice after waiting for an hour. Not sure if it's logistics or low on staff, that's the only areas of improvement. But excellent overall!
