Jackson County accommodation from NZ$118

Rebecca greeted me at the front desk with a friendly and warm welcome when I walked into the hotel! She was very informative about all of the amenities the property offered and again genuinely friendly. The overall property, room and parking lot was well maintained. I especially loved the fluffy bath towels! I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through West Virginia!

All was good but the bar waitresses seemed a little rattles

The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a reflection on staff but more on the owners who are not taking care of the property. It was very sad watching cleaning staff struggle to get everything done due to the elevators. They definitely need raises, they are working so incredibly hard.
