The hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. The staff are extremely kind and helpful with recommendations, booking drivers, providing directions and even checking weather to recommend itinerary adjustments to ensure the best possible experience. The food is also wonderful. The manager went out of his way to accommodate my son’s gluten allergy, even at the buffet, preparing a few of the specialty Vietnamese items custom for him. Highly recommend this resort. We are hopeful to return with more time.

Really enjoyed my stay here. First off, the property is top tier. Every nook and cranny is interesting (sometimes creepy) but very on theme and lovely to look at. The room had a nice size, big comfy bed, and lovely bathroom with all the amenities. Location is outstanding. Right in the middle of the town so you had easy access to all the coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. This includes the funicular up to Fansipan! And the hotel offers a fast pass service for guests (for a fee). The food? Insane! The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want AND they do change it up slightly after a few days. The highlight of this property for me was the pool and the gym. Prob the best pool I’ve ever swam in, in my life. Just so architecturally beautiful. And the service? Exceptional! Every single staff that I’ve encountered was nice and helpful. Overall really happy with my stay here and would consider going back (if only the trek up to the city didn’t take so long).

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic
