Hotels with Room Service in Marlborough

Everything was ok until the shower. There was no soap. Liquid container was empty. When checking out I mentioned it. The receptionist was more intent on writing a note to housekeeping than talking to me. It was oh sorry we let it get empty until filling it. My fault apparently I should have rung them. I was wet in the shower with conditioner in my hair. This is a basic requirement especially at over $300 per night. Yes these things get missed it was the staffs attitude that upset me. She did not care. It is not about the environment, its about them saving money.

The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous.

A great location for our stay in Wellington. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Clean, well serviced, secure accommodation.
