Our stay was, overall, excellent. The riad is beautiful, with very tasteful décor and a მშვიდ, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the common areas—especially the courtyard and the terrace—are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.
The staff deserve a special mention: always kind, attentive, and willing to help at all times. They made us feel very welcome from the very first day, and their warm, personal approach truly made a difference in our experience.
As the only point worth noting, we had a minor external issue on the day of departure with the taxi pickup, which did not arrive as scheduled. Although we understand this was outside the accommodation’s control, it did cause some stress at the end of the trip.
Despite this small detail, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming place, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere in Marrakech.
