Easy to find, good parking availability, pleasant staff, clean facility and great location. Our refrigerator didn’t work at all, in spite of staff attempting to get it to cool. Small inconvenience for us that wasn’t worth pursuing as we were away from the hotel most of the days. We had a great time in the pool and only wish (as I’m sure all of the more mature people like me) that a hot tub was available. It’s the absolute remedy to hours in a car and walking around all day!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and my husband and I both love it! He uses the gym everytime we stay and he likes it. The bed is so comfortable! The parking is easy. I like it more without valet. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The outdoor seating area is amazing. The staff is so nice!! Surprisingly even though there is a bar downstairs the hotel is pretty quiet in the rooms. We stayed in a suite this time, and it was very cute. Definitely will stay again. This will probably be our go to hotel as we have family in Portland.

Hotel is beautiful but rooms are small! Tight for 3 people. The parking is expensive and only option is valet. There’s always a long wait to get your car, they don’t go in order and are rude. The “free” snacks on the various floors were nothing special. Instead of sparkling water, have regular available. Also some real snacks not just granola and mints. Otherwise it was beautiful!
