5 stars all the way. When you spend most of your time at the Haram Sharif this hotel is perfect. Few minutes walk away, beautiful interior layout, calmness after busy day and doing thousands of steps. Toiletries are amouage. Very nice. Food is delicious and nutritious which is necessary. I would book again. Staff are superb. It’s not tacky inside like clock tower either.
