Hotels with Free Airport Shuttle in Suffolk

Ethan on the front desk very good, and room upgrade lovely. But breakfast absolute shambles, no food and no service!

Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath.

The room was in a neglected state , toilet didn’t flush properly, pillows paper thin, bed rock hard, walls thin, constant banging outside, room smelt damp , very bright flashing from smoke alarm right above bed all night ..a large group of us stayed here for one night and nobody slept well at all. Breakfast was poor choice (no vegetarian option) and took ages to refill when empty and they need more staff around the hotel
