Unusually for an airport hotel, Tribe provides a great start to a holiday. Reasonably priced, relaxed, friendly with a nice bar, good food and clean, comfortable rooms.

Welcoming staff and helpful doorman who kindly insisted hailing taxi in the rain on our behalf allowing us to shelter.

Here’s a more polished and professional version that still conveys your disappointment: It was my first time in London, and I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location, which did not disappoint. The hotel itself has great potential, and the facilities were enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the service at the front desk. I found several staff members to be unprofessional and unhelpful, which made what should have been an exciting trip much less enjoyable. It’s a shame because the hotel and its location are truly great. With better customer service and a more welcoming attitude from the reception team, this could be an outstanding place to stay. I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve the guest experience, as the staff’s behavior left such a negative impression that I would hesitate to return despite all the hotel’s positive qualities.
