No fridge in room. Not clear if bottled water is free -same for chocolate. Partially sighted and no info on how to set the air con/ heater.
Small room but huge and comfy bed. Good shower.
If breakfast is booked at check in it's £15. So a good price for a great breakfast. Note if you don't book on arrival it is £20 to just turn up and you pay before you eat.
Desk staff pleasant but only 3 on check im and check out. Its a big and busy hotel.
