There is some brown coloered stain in the toilet. I asked to clean up or change the room next morning. when I came back, they did not fix it nor remove it, and did not change the room because of full booking. if you imagine the brown color stain in the toilet whenever you used the bathroom, you understand what I feel like for two nights. it is terrible experience. crews are pretty nice and housekeeping was good. this is totally disaster of management. the supervisor should be blamed.
