It had holes in the ceiling the smoke detectors was broke blood in bath tub. 2 out 2 rooms were disgusting.

The hotel did not have an inviting atmosphere. The hallways were cluttered, the room was drab, the beds were on metal frames like cots in a jail cell. There was overwhelming odor like too much cleaning products had been used. The parking lot had pot holes. I was very uncomfortable and could not ease myself into staying there.

I should have gone for a pricier property

A very shabby property, security latch on door was broken off. Dirty and moldy, generally creepy. I expected that the total fee charged by hotels.com covered everything- but they charge me an extra $4. Fee. Also insufficient parking lot. On the plus side- there was no noise disturbances!

The whole room was so dirty ….old dirty shirt on side of bed ….food crumbs on the floor bathtub dirty full of hair customer service was decent tho but I guess you get what you pay for …cause the housekeepers doing a half ass job

Bathroom needs to be upgraded I know it was upgraded but a very sloppy job but it was good enough to stay 1 night & shuttle was great to get us to the airport very quick to get there. It was our 2nd time staying & we find it easy to park there & we stayed on the 2nd floor the first time that was nice this time we stayed on the 1st floor the bathroom was the worse.
