The front desk was very helpful. All of the employees we talked to were nice. There are multiple stores and restaurants in the area. The hotel definitely shows its years. There were broken floor tiles in the pool area. The pool was very cloudy and cold. The overall cleanliness was lacking. I would not recommend this hotel for a family.

So-So hotel

The indoor pool is essentially in the lobby. You can hear kids screaming & playing as soon as you walk in the hotel. The AC in the room sounded like a plane taking off. We had to turn it off to sleep. Only one of three elevators was working. The non-working elevator only had a sign on the first floor. So we unknowingly got in a broken elevator when coming down from our room. However, the bartender was excellent! She covered the entire area on her own and was very friendly.
