Shuttle service took extraordinary amount of time although caused to the hotel indicated it would be arriving shortly. Foreign shuttle driver that was accommodating other foreign passengers not staying at the hotel. I’ll dialogue was in a different language. Check in at 12:30 in the morning was delayed due to front desk person taking phone calls instead of registering guest. Final straw, key did not work initially. Eventually, new key issued and it was operational. Hotel was clean and amenities in the hotel were very nice. Hotel day, staff, pleasant and accommodating.

Stayed at this property as we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes 24/7. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Lots of choices to eat around the area. Got a great deal on Expedia for $50 CDN with 2 Queen sized beds. Excellent value at their regular prices, but exceptional value at that price. Would highly recommend.

The room was supposed to sleep four, but it only had a king bed and a small couch, and the couch did not pull out into a bed and was too small for an adult. There were no extra blankets for the person sleeping on the couch in the room, and the hotel did not have any blankets available (though the lack of available blankets may have been due to a higher number of guests than expected because of a snow storm that night). On a positive note, the staff was courteous and the food in the restaurant was good.

Needs more professional signs. Shuttle bus looks like a discount auctioned bus. Rooms clean and staff nice. Suspect toiletries without tamper resistant tab or cover. Okay but not too excited for the price.

Great stay. The hotel is super close to the airport, which made everything easy and stress-free. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept. Bed slept good, shower was solid, and everything worked like it should. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable place near the airport, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay again.
