Staff was very rude the place was not clean. The room door was so hard to close making unpleasant noise. The wall between my room and the next door room had no sound protection and the other guests conversations were clearly heard plus their TV. I couldn’t sleep the whole night will never gonna stay there again.

The door was damaged and it was open when we got to the room. We had to push hard to close it. The room was incredibly hot but the thermostat was set to 70. We changed it to 69 and at various points woke up sweating. The power went out on one of the outlets. Before I checked in I had to give them a $140 deposit in cash. They wouldn’t accept credit card, and I had to go back out to my car to get the cash.
The door to our room was broken, and it was open when we first arrived.

The room was clean. It was a very nice facility. My only one complaint and it didn’t even bother me was that I had an older TV in the room and I wish it would’ve had been a smart TV so I could’ve logged in to watch my streaming services..

Front desk staff very helpful. Loved the atriu husband is disabled and they have us a room on the first floor, easy to get to. Room was clean and bright. We only wish there had been plug one for heating aid and phones. I will. Stay here again when using the shuttle to the airport.
